Khumbu in Sherpa

Central Nepal
The most varied trekking in Nepal: sunrise from Poon Hill, the Annapurna Sanctuary, the full Circuit, Tilicho Lake and the sacred temple at Muktinath, above the Kali Gandaki, one of the world's deepest gorges. Climbers can choose from the Chulus, Pisang, Thorong, Tukuche and the Annapurnas themselves.

Close to Kathmandu
The closest of the big trekking regions to Kathmandu. Visit the sacred lakes of Gosaikunda, a monastery and Tibetan-style villages in a national park full of wildlife and forest. Peaks range from the accessible Yala and Naya Kanga to the challenging Ganchenpo.
